Limited One-Year Warranty
MoGlow warrants your mirror for one year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship or materials under normal household use. Opening or disassembling the device will void the warranty. This warranty is only valid for purchases made from moglow.com or authorized distributors.
Please submit all warranty claims to info@moglow.com with your proof of purchase and a customer team member will follow up with you. Please note that terms and conditions may vary for purchases from authorized retailers.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage from improper use or maintenance, including incorrect voltage supply, neglecting safety precautions, or using the item outside of its intended purpose.
- MoGlow is designed to sit on horizontal surfaces only. Mounting it on a vertical surface, such as a wall, vertical glass window/door, or vertical mirror, could cause the unit to fall, potentially leading to injury or damage, and will nullify the warranty.
- Damage caused by modifications to the product.
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, or damage to the power cord or plug.
- Tampering or attempted repairs by unauthorized parties.
- Neglect or lack of proper care and maintenance.
- Damage resulting from accidents (e.g., drops, liquid exposure), theft, or extreme environmental conditions.
