Shipping Policy
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed—it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in route to you. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. If you have any questions, please send us an email at info@moglow.com, and we will respond with 48 hours.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Due to courier restrictions, we do not deliver orders to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Costs
United States
We provide free standard shipping to the contiguous U.S. regions. Shipping costs for Alaska and Hawaii will be calculated at checkout. We also covers all duties for shipments in the U.S. Processing for standard shipping may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed. Standard shipping to the contiguous U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii usually takes 10-15 business days. Most orders placed on weekdays before 11 a.m. ET will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. ET or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Expedited shipping may be available in certain areas. All shipping options for your area will be presented at checkout.
International
We currently do not provide shipping outside the U.S. Thank you for your patience as we expand our presence.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be charged on the merchandise total. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
Order Status
If your order has not arrived within the estimated transit time for your selected shipping method (see 'Shipping Costs' section for details), or if tracking information has not updated after 72 hours, please contact us at info@moglow.com. Please provide your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
