Return Policy
If you purchased your MoGlow at full price and you are unsatisfied with it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of placing your order. If you purchased your MoGlow at a reduced price (or on “sale”), you can return it within 15 days of placing your order. After these time periods, a refund is not eligible. Refunds are only eligible with the original receipt and confirmation number.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, sellable condition. We are not responsible for damages incurred during return shipping if the item was not adequately packaged. Damages must be documented in photos by the customer before shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, provided the item meets our return criteria.
For any returns, you need to pay for return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund. We will send you a shipping label, and once we receive the product, its condition will be inspected. Products that have been damaged due to improper use will not be covered by our return policy. We will refund the original credit card on file. All prices on our website are listed in USD.
To start the return or exchange process, email us at info@moglow.com with your request and order number. We will respond with a return shipping label.
Our return policy does not cover general wear, normal usage, theft, damage caused by accident, or by using the item outside of its intended purpose. Items donated by MoGlow are not eligible for return or refunds. Any charges by third parties, such as shipping, handling, customs/duties, or any other charges will not be refunded or reimbursed by MoGlow.
Order Cancellations
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. To ensure fair processing and cover irreversible fees, we apply the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your order before it has been processed, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
- If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders that are refused at delivery will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee, 10% restocking fee, and a return delivery fee.
