Charging your MoGlow

MoGlow is cordless and features a long-lasting rechargeable battery. For safety reasons, MoGlow is shipped with a low battery charge. Therefore, we recommend fully charging your battery before the first use. To begin charging your MoGlow:

Remove the USB-C charge cable and MoGlow power adapter from the accessary box.
Plug the charge cable into the power adapter and then plug the power adapter into any wall outlet.
Connect the charge cable to the charging port located on the back of the mirror.
The indicator light will flash green light when the battery is charging. Please note that a full charging cycle can take up to nine hours.
Once fully charged, the indicator light will remain solid green.
When the charging cord is unplugged from MoGlow, the indicator light will turn off.
The indicator light will flash red when approximately 5 minutes of battery life remains.

Securing MoGlow to your counter and using the sliding disc

Securing MoGlow to your counter

MoGlow features a suction cup in the base so that you can secure it to the counter.
Place MoGlow on a clean smooth (non-porous) countertop.
Lift and then lower the suction cup lever to activate the suction cup and lock MoGlow to the counter. This will help stabilize the mirror when it’s in an extended position.
To disengage the suction cup from the counter, simply lift the suction cup lever.

Using the sliding disc

If your counter has a rough or porous surface, the suction cup may not adhere to the counter. In this instance, use the sliding disc.
Secure MoGlow to the center of the disc using the suction cup.
The disc adds stability when the telescopic rod is extended.
The disc also lets you slide MoGlow to any location on your counter.

Adjusting the mirror height

MoGlow's extending telescopic rod allows you to bring the mirror to your eye level.
To elevate the mirror, rotate the ring light to the right until it reaches the upper vertical position.
Then, push up from the bottom of the ring light to extend the telescopic rod higher.
To lower the mirror, push down from the top of the ring light until the telescopic rod stops at the intermediate position, then rotate the ring light back to MoGlow’s lowest position.
When you’re seated, you also have the option to adjust the mirror height without rotating the ring light.

Selecting the right magnification and using the LED ring light

Selecting the magnification

MoGlow features a double-sided mirror with two magnification options.
To flip the mirror from one magnification level to the other, rotate the ring light to the upper vertical position.
Use the flip knob on the side of the ring light to choose between 3x magnification for a full-face view, and 10x magnification for precise details.

Using the LED ring light

MoGlow's LED ring light is dimmable.
Push down once on the dimmer knob to turn on the light.
Rotate the dimmer knob to the right to increase the brightness and to the left to decrease the brightness. MoGlow has 12 brightness settings.
Push down once on the dimmer knob again to turn off the light.
The light will automatically turn off after 20 minutes to conserve battery.
To reset the electronics to factory settings, hold the dimmer knob down for 8 seconds.

Hanging MoGlow on a door

If you have limited counter space, you can hang MoGlow on a door.
Pull out the hanger bracket from the back of the base.
Hang MoGlow on a door using the bracket.
To prevent any scratches on your door, hold the mirror away from the door when you adjust the height.

Cleaning MoGlow

Power off and disconnect MoGlow from any power source.
Clean the mirror with glass cleaner on a soft cloth (spray the cloth and not the mirror). Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials that could scratch or damage the surface and void the warranty.
Wait for the mirror to dry completely before using the light.
Clean the outer surfaces of MoGlow with a damp soapy cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or solvents, which may damage the finish and void your warranty.
