Press the on/off dimmer knob once to turn the light on and press it again to turn it off. To adjust the brightness, rotate the knob to the right to increase brightness and to the left to decrease it. There are 12 brightness levels, from lowest to highest settings, but the dimmer knob rotates infinitely in both directions.
At 50% brightness setting, using MoGlow for 20 minutes per day, the battery will last six weeks before needing a recharge, at 75% brightness, it will last four weeks and at 100% brightness, three weeks.
A full recharge from depleted batteries takes up to 9 hours.
No, MoGlow has a built-in timer that automatically shuts off the light after 20 minutes to conserve battery life. But if you plug MoGlow into a wall outlet, the light will stay on and bypass the automatic shutoff.

Yes! MoGlow is designed for use in damp environments, but it is not waterproof. Keep it away from water to avoid damage and electric shock.
MoGlow weighs 3.5 lbs. and extends 3 feet tall (38 inches)! Its minimum height is 14.5 inches.
Unplug MoGlow and turn it off. Then spray glass cleaner onto a towel (not directly onto the mirror) and wipe the mirror clean. Use a damp cloth to wipe the rest of MoGlow. Do not use solvents or chemicals.

Troubleshooting
- Is it the first use? Your new MoGlow is shipped with a partial charge. We recommend charging it fully before first use. A full charge can take up to 9 hours.
- Is it charged? Plug MoGlow into its power adapter and charge it for at least 30 minutes. The charging indicator light should illuminate. A full charge can take up to 9 hours.
- Reset MoGlow. If the battery is fully charged and the light still won't turn on, perform a factory reset by pressing and holding the on/off dimmer knob for 8 seconds.
- Ensure both ends of the USB-C cable are securely plugged into the power adapter and the MoGlow mirror.
- Try plugging the adapter into a different wall outlet.
- If the issue persists, try using a different USB-C cable and a known working USB wall adapter. This will help determine if the problem is with the provided cable or adapter.
- If the power adapter or cord isn't working, you can purchase a new MoGlow power adapter set from us at $29.99, plus shipping costs. To order a replacement, please email us at info@moglow.com with this request (please include your original order number).
- A flickering light is often a sign of a low battery. Plug MoGlow in and allow it to charge for 30 minutes.
- If the issue continues after a full charge, perform a factory reset by pressing and holding the on/off dimmer knob for 8 seconds.
- Ensure the knob is clean and dry. Gently wipe it with a clean, soft cloth.
- If the issue persists after cleaning, perform a factory reset by pressing and holding the knob for 8 seconds.
